Rhodia, PAScribe Calligraphy Practise and Correspondence Pad, Grey.

I purchased the grey and black calligraphy practice/writing pads after doing a few courses with the wonderful Paul Antonio. If you have ever done his courses then you will know that his style and personality is one of precision/acute attention to detail. He seeks perfection in his work and obviously, in my mind, achieves it. This is certainly reflected in the writing pads that he has put his name to, along side the wonderful Rhodia. They are beautiful. I am using mine with pointed pen work in mind but have also tried out ball point and gel pens. The pens and paper are perfect for each other and the faint lines make life easy for writing on in straight lines, I personally add on my own slant lines as a guide but erase these after. On the back of the pads there is a helpful scan barcode which takes you to some free exemplars and advice from the master himself on the best ways to use the pads. I would certainly recommend these to anyone who adores excellent quality writing paper or would like some nicer calligraphy paper to do their practice on. Knight's Writing Company were super efficient in sending these out too so many thanks for a wonderful product and excellent customer service.
