Diamine, Jack Frost, Shimmer & Sheen, 50ml

While I've never bought an Inkvent calendar before, this ink caught my eye thanks to the bottle and its shimmering and sheening properties, and after trying it out I can say it's absolutely one of my favourite shimmer inks.

It glistens, it sheens, it's got so much variety in a singe pen-stroke that it's breathtaking. I've tried my hand at making homemade shimmer/glitter inks, but this blows all my experiments so far out of the water! (Obviously.) It's just so smooth and has never clogged one of my pens (oops...) and just watching it slosh around in my pen's converter is exciting!

The online photos here don't do the ink justice. Trust me. Go find photos elsewhere if you're on the fence and let me at least chip in my two cents that even THOSE don't do it justice! Being able to tilt your page back and forth and back and forth and seeing every line, every letter, every splotch (oops!) of ink come to life with shimmering glitter is so much fun I may never buy another "plain" ink again!
