Kaweco, Supra, Fireblue

I ordered the liliput fireblue with an extra fine nib as a present. I have had one for years and made fellow stationary addicts jealous. I have a large collection and always seem to revert back to this one. It is compact, light but feels strong, it is not picky and can be thrown in a handbag for later use and come out unscathed.

Just received this pen from Knight's Writing. I coupled it with Jacques Herbin, Bleu austral ink. In a very few days this has become one of the favored pens in my collection. I have large hands and the heft as well as the size of the pen feels like it was custom made. I chose the medium nib which is a little wetter than the medium nibs in other Kaweco pens. I journal every evening and extended writing sessions are comfortable and enjoyable, even for a left handed person such as myself. So far I have found no cons with this pen. The Bluefire is absolutely beautiful and has elicited many comments from colleagues and friends. A Kaweco converter is a must. The experience from purchase, delivery and use has been class leading.
